This film is a collaboration between Brian Beard and Ian Ramsey about the importance of exposing people (in this case students) to wilderness spaces and the importance of protecting them. A week backcountry kayaking off the grid in one of the most remote and wild places in North America is an incredible experience. Keeping equipment charged with solar panels if the sun does not cooperate is one challenge being so remote and having limited packing space.
