Jeanne Christie is a flim-maker wannabe. She is constantly using her phone and cameras to photograph and video the natural world usually while running or hiking trails someplace in western Maine. At other times she is leading walks as a forest therapy guide for Connect to Wilderness or as a volunteer for the Maine Chapter of the Appalachian Mountain Club. Her daytime job is encouraging teens to ‘get outside and play!’ as Outreach Program Manager at Teens to Trails.
I was trying to share the feeling of becoming in sync with the natural world by simply existing in the moment and using all our senses to observe. If we slow down; really slow down; something magic happens.
