I’m an independent Filmmaker/Photographer from Boothbay, Maine graduating from University of New England. This is my first short film, however, I aspire to tell more stories about people, adventure and the environment. As a outdoorsmen nothing makes me more exited than exploring the outdoors, going on adventures all while being creative and telling a story.

Andy Benckart’s story was the inspiration for this film

-Due to Covid19 we conducted a Zoom interview and recorded it to get the audio for the video. We had to cut short filming for this project because school was canceled Due to Covid19. I hope to make a longer short film about Andys story in the future

-Winter surfing may be fun to watch but it also required that my hands almost fell off while filming.

-Its awesome to be a finalist, can’t wait to see what people think of the film and the message.
