Synopsis:

Filmed during a slow period in February 2018 with one GoPro camera, I wanted to show what the operation looks like to my friends and family. My captain let me have a try, and I soon found there is a lot of joy in telling a story through film. I experimented with different angles and time-lapse video, mounting the camera to the boat or wearing it on my body, over the course of a few weeks and edited footage of many trawls together in an attempt to show one trawl from beginning to end.
