Synopsis:

Mini Doc. about a dog musher in Fairbanks Alaska and how he and his dogs work with each other in hard winter conditions.

Thoughts from the filmmaker:

It was a challenge keeping our equipment working in -30 degree conditions. Batteries would drain extremely fast. Sometimes, gear would not turn on because of the cold. There was usually a layer of frost on everything. We had specific steps we had to take before bringing equipment into a cabin at the end of the shoot days in order for our gear to condense safely. Days were also short, which meant light was limited, so we had to work quickly to capture what we needed.
