Just One Step is Mainer Ben Keller’s feature length documentary that tells the story of why we run, indeed, why we need to run. Involving athletes, doctors, scientists and regular folks, the story takes us to the streets, the track, the woods and the treadmill to expose what it truly is about running that captures us and drives us.
